總覺得在家無聊
反而現在連想在家的感覺都沒有
很難想像
不愛出門的人可以不黏家
至少對我來說是
都在gym房麻醉自己嗎
怎麼都有些怪異的眼光投在身上....
似乎什麼都變得不再重要

i love the way you say it,hahahahahaaa!omgosh,laugh die mee man!!LOL.
i used to bike for about 15mins in my fitness class(but i dont know how much calories have i burnt there- -")..and i usually play the other machine called "elliptical"(my favourite!)for about 20mins or more and i only burn 2xx....(a bit happy but still not satisfied)
it is really unfair...calories and fats are always the hardest thing to get rid of-____-''
thats why i kept saying "i need to lose weight" since like primary 5/6 till now...............
